Damage Deposit:
*An imprint of your credit card is required upon check in, as a security / damaged deposit.
*Strictly NO smoking in the units or there will be a $50US cleaning fee applied.
Cancellation Policy
*Any booking cancelled prior to 30 days from arrival receives a refund on deposit made, less 20% for processing fee.
*Any booking cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival is non-refundable.
*No refunds for no shows or unused portion of accommodations.
*No refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including hurricanes
*Comprehensive Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

“Also right on the island is the Coconut Café, which had amazing food, views, and people. We went there a lot as the food was delicious! They also offered wi-fi, delivered to the pool, and even have a private chef option. Delicious!”
