Season Definitions:
Low Season: All dates not specified as High or Peak Season.
High Season: April 4 – April 14.
Peak Season: December 15 – January 10.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Peak Season: 3-night minimum stay.
High Season: 2-night minimum stay.
Low Season: 2-night minimum stay.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
Damage Deposit:
An imprint of your credit card is required upon check-in as a security deposit. Please note, there is a strict no-smoking policy in the units; a $50 USD cleaning fee will be applied if violated.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, less a 20% processing fee.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations.
- Refunds are not issued due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or Acts of God, including hurricanes.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended.
